30-Day Play-Test Guarantee (DNA Power Series)

We believe in the DNA Power Series. Take your paddle to the court. Drill with it. Compete with it. Put it under pressure.

If within 30 days of delivery you decide it’s not the best paddle you’ve ever played with, you may return it for a full refund.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued once the paddle is received.

  • Paddle must not be intentionally damaged or abused.

To initiate a return, email support@paddletappickleball.com with your order number.

Standard Returns (Unused Items)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition.

Refunds will be issued for the product amount minus return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@paddletappickleball.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will review your case and work toward a satisfactory resolution.

Additional Information

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for funds to appear.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
