Shipping Information

Paddle Tap products and merchandise are shipped directly from our facility in Florida and use standard shipping.

When will my order arrive? 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Generally speaking, most shipping locations take 3-5 business days for delivery after your order has left our facility. Certain locations may take a little longer.

Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@paddletappickleball.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you ship to locations Internationally?

At this time, we ship only to USA addresses. If this policy changes in the future, we will update the information in this section.
